Congratulations to Ameerah Donough for winning the girls u16 pentathlon this evening. Coming back from injury and competing in the 90m hurdles,high jump, shotput, long jump and 800m respectively. She dominated the events to win in convincing fashion and flew the flag for Ultra Athletics. Well done.
