Team Ultra has delivered again. A great spectacle over 2 days at different venues brought about a haul of 16 medals to round off competition. The highlight of the competition definitely the relay event brought back 2 additional medals in the 4 x 100m relay woman as well as the 4 x 400m men. Our women quartet being anchored by a 16 year old held off the UCT team to clinch a deserving silver medal. Our male quartet found themselves running times in unchartered territory where our open leg saw our under 18 boy run a sub 50 second lap which set up the team to take a bronze medal to round off the day. An all round great performance as we prepare for our national junior championships.
